This policy explains how Ingrid Greaves Life Coaching ("I", "me", "my") collects and uses your personal information, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). I am the data controller for the information you provide through this website.

I use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and provide coaching sessions, and keep necessary records relating to our work together. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The lawful bases I rely on are your consent (when you contact me) and the performance of our agreement (when we work together).
I use a small number of trusted service providers to run my practice. They process data on my behalf under their own data protection terms:
I keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to begin working together. Records relating to coaching clients are kept for as long as I have a legitimate or legal reason to do so, and securely deleted afterwards.
You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to ask me to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email me at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
This website itself does not set marketing or tracking cookies. The embedded scheduling tool (Calendly) may set cookies necessary for its booking function when you interact with it.
