Build a purposeful vision for the next chapter of your life
Some changes in life arrive gently. Others arrive all at once — and leave you standing in a world that no longer looks quite like your own.
I know that feeling intimately. In the space of a few years, I relocated countries, lost my husband, and found myself rebuilding every part of my world from the ground up. There were no roadmaps, no clear answers — only the slow, often surprising process of discovering who I was becoming on the other side of loss.
What I found changed everything I thought I knew about resilience and happiness. Rebuilding isn't about returning to who you were. It's about finding the courage to step into who you're meant to be next.
I have spent my career helping people navigate change and transition, including leading transformation programmes within the NHS. Through this work—and through my own life experiences—I have seen how periods of uncertainty can become opportunities for renewal, clarity, and growth.
Today, I live in the English countryside and have built a life grounded in connection, stability, and purpose. That understanding sits at the heart of my coaching practice, where I support others to navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. You simply need to be in the middle of something — and to sense that moving through it thoughtfully will matter.
Marriage, divorce, separation, becoming a parent or an empty-nester — each reshapes who you are in relation to others, and who you are on your own.
Sometimes the transition is quieter — a slow awareness that the life you're living no longer fits who you've become. That feeling is worth listening to.
The end of a career is rarely just a practical change — it's an identity shift. Who are you when the role that defined you is no longer yours? That question deserves real attention.
Whether leaving by choice or circumstance, a career change asks you to reconsider what matters, what you're capable of, and what a meaningful working life looks like for you now.
Moving country or community can leave you unexpectedly adrift, even when the move was chosen. Rebuilding a sense of place and belonging takes more than just unpacking.
Losing someone fundamentally changes not only your world but your sense of self. Coaching offers a space to grieve, to find your footing, and to reconcile with what comes next.
All engagements are one-to-one, entirely confidential, and shaped around your particular transition and pace. There are no group programmes — only careful, considered work, grounded in my framework of Reflect, Reset, Renew.
A focused conversation to help you evaluate where you are, what you're carrying, and what might be possible. A good place to begin if you're not yet sure what you need.
A structured but deeply personal programme that moves through all three pillars — Reflect, Reset and Renew — at a pace that is right for you. For those ready to make a meaningful shift.
For those who have completed a programme and wish to continue, or those navigating longer or more complex transitions who value a steady, trusted presence over time.
All sessions available in person in the Cotswolds or via secure video call. Investment discussed during your initial conversation.
Ingrid has a rare quality — she listens in a way that makes you hear yourself more clearly. I came to her completely lost after my husband died. I left, some months later, with a life I genuinely look forward to.
Client · Bereavement & life reinventionI was sceptical of coaching. I am not sceptical any more. The combination of scientific grounding and real human warmth is something I have not found anywhere else. My retirement has become the most purposeful chapter of my life.
Client · Retirement transitionCompletely discreet, completely unhurried, completely genuine. I finally feel like myself again — more than that, I feel like a version of myself I hadn't yet met. I cannot recommend Ingrid highly enough.

Applying the Harvard Medical School certified Science of Fostering Happiness and Health Span, my leadership experience and having navigated profound personal transition, I bring both rigour and commitment to each engagement.
We begin by creating space — unhurried, compassionate space — to understand where you truly are and what this transition is asking of you.
Together we gently examine what no longer serves you, and begin to find solid, honest ground from which to move forward.
Drawing on the science of what genuinely makes people thrive, we build a clear, meaningful vision for the life you want to be living — and step into it with confidence and intention.
